We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused.
- The original packaging must be intact.
Damages and Defects
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@morfjewelry.com. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?
To begin the return process, email us at support@morfjewelry.com. We will provide instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.
We do not provide return labels for ring exchanges if the incorrect size was selected. For all other return reasons, a return label will be sent via email or initiated directly through your account (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
