Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped with a tracking number for your convenience. Please note that delivery dates are estimates, as Postal Services and International Customs Agencies cannot guarantee exact timelines. We ensure that all orders are shipped within one-two business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. We process and dispatch standard orders in 1-2 days. During busy times, such as Christmas, please allow a couple extra days. Larger orders dispatch within 3 days.
There are no extra charges for packaging as we recycle most of what we receive—just trying to do our bit for the environment.
Our standard shipping rates:
Free (3-5 business days) for U.S only ($20 order total & above)
Calculated at checkout (6-12 business days) for Internatioanl orders including Canada, United Kingdom & Australia.
Our express shipping rates:
Calculated at checkout (1-2/3 business days) for priority/express shipping U.S
Calculated at checkout (1-5 business days) for International orders including Canada, United Kingdom & Australia.
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email to support@morfjewelry.com with your order number.
When will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once you place your order, you will receive an emailing confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.
